RED QUEEN - VICTORIA AVEYARD BOOK REVIEW

Have you read this, worms? *ugh* *a lil spoiler alert*

I found it so very attractive only by its cover. It's simple yet so classy :) And I've heard a lot of great reviews and rates from all over the internet. So I thought I needa read this one!

The beginning of the book had me like OH YEAH DEFINITELY!!
Mare Barrow (i really like her name) is a soon-to-be 18 girl in Norta. She's a RED, the folks, the poor ones, the maids, anything vice versa from the SILVER.

She is trying to save her bestfriend from being sent to the warfront by escaping from the kingdom. But she ends up being a servant in the palace at the capital. Soon, she's known as uncommon Red. A red should not be having a god-like-power. But there she is. A red, a silver, something between them. The Queen decides to protect not her, but the Royals by faking her identity, that she's the lost Silver child found by a Red soldier.

She gets training while living in the palace, being someone else. It happens that Mare has a triangle love story with both the prince, Cal, the crown prince, and Maven, the second prince.

Mare is secretly working for a Red Guard, to resist the Silvers. That's where the cools begin.

So many betrayals and shocking things written by Victoria in this book. The plot is a real twist! Be readyyyy...

Okay, so I honestly think that Red Queen is not really originally written. It reminded me of something like The Hunger Games, Shatter Me somehow, and (according to people) to Red Rising (which I haven't read yet). So sometimes it's expectable but I didn't care because Victoria has made strong characters here. Mare, Cal, Maven, Julian, The Queen, Farley, etc. So I love just how cool er characters are.

Imma tell you that once you pick up this book, you'll hardly put it back down. You'll feel like you need to finish it right away, your mid will be blown, and asdfghjkl THIS IS A MUST READ to the fans of dystopia and fantasy.

4/5 stars!

*It's a tetralogy! #2 Glass Sword will be released next year!
